INFINITY EDGE POOL

Summers in Liberty can get hot, so Homestead is going to offer access to a high-quality pool for you to cool off in. The experience of swimming is going to be enhanced by a stylish infinity pool, right at the front of the neighborhood. 

COMMUNITY GATHERING SPOT WITH FIRE PIT

At Homestead, we want to do everything we can to facilitate community between you, your neighbors, and all your friends. We think gathering around a fire is a great way to do just that, so Homestead will offer access to a clean, comfortable fire pit. Call a neighbor, throw a party, or take the family and roast some s'mores. 

WALKING PATHS AND BIKE TRAILS

Homestead is built on some of Liberty's oldest farmland. Walk through the neighborhood on one of our walking paths and enjoy your neighborhood and the land it was built on. 

ELEGANT OUTDOOR SEATING AREAS

Enjoy the fresh air as you sit in one of our beautiful outdoor seating areas. 

POCKET PARKS

Suburban living doesn't have to be endless rows of look-alike houses. At Homestead, we are building parks throughout the neighborhood to enhance the community feel and to give kids places to run around in. 

EASY ACCESS TO THE COMMUNITY CENTER

Just north of Homestead lies the Liberty Community Center. The community center features an indoor/outdoor pool, a wonderful workout facility, basketball courts, as well as a 700 seat performing arts center which hosts numerous events throughout the year.
